All Boivin, Canada's most-wanted fugitive, was arrested Friday morning in Marbella, Spain, after more than two years evading authorities.
The 36-year-old Saint-Lazare native, who had been on the run since February 2023, was located at a home in the resort town on Spain's southern coast. The Sûreté du Québec announced the arrest with assistance from the RCMP, Interpol, Spanish police, and other European forces.
Boivin faces charges in Quebec including gangsterism, forcible confinement, and drug and gun trafficking. He is believed to lead the North Savage Gang and has been suspected of ordering violent acts tied to a drug war between his crew and the Hells Angels across Quebec City, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, and Côte-Nord.
He had previously appeared near the top of the Bolo Program's most-wanted list — a Canada-wide system operated by police forces to publicize fugitives. In December 2024, he carried a $250,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
Boivin is expected to face extradition proceedings in the coming weeks, similar to the process now underway for Dave "Pic" Turmel, the alleged leader of the Blood Family Mafia and another Hells Angels rival, who was arrested in Rome last year.
