Disney Cruise Line returns to Canadian waters in fall 2027 with Atlantic sailings

Disney Cruise Line has announced it is returning to Canadian waters for the first time in almost four years, with the Disney Wish sailing to Atlantic coast ports starting in October 2027.
The cruise line will offer three different Canadian itineraries departing from New York, ranging from five to seven nights. The five-night Canada and New England cruise will sail to Saint John, New Brunswick, and Boston, Massachusetts on Oct. 3–8, 2027. A six-night Bermuda and Canada option will visit King's Wharf, Bermuda, and Halifax, Nova Scotia on Oct. 8–14, 2027. The seven-night Canada cruise will call at Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; Sydney, Nova Scotia; and Halifax, Nova Scotia on Oct. 24–31, 2027.
Pricing starts at $4,339 for the five-day experience, with costs rising depending on the itinerary selected. Bookings open for select Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members on Aug. 31, 2026, with general bookings opening Sept. 8, 2026.
The return to Canada coincides with the launch of seasonal onboard experiences. Halloween on the High Seas sailings will begin in September 2027, featuring special entertainment, deck parties, and trick-or-treating at sea with Disney characters in costume. Very Merrytime sailings will take over in November and December 2027, offering festive decorations, tree lighting, special deck parties, seasonal treats, and visits from Santa Claus.
Tracy Wilson, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Cruise Line Operations, said the announcement underscores the company's commitment to family cruising. "Disney Cruise Line is proud to be a leader in family cruising, helping our guests create lasting memories in even more destinations," Wilson said.
