If you're heading to Toronto's Pride Parade this weekend, the Church-Wellesley Village has plenty of spots to grab food between festivities and celebrations.

Understory Café at 505 Church St. is a trans-owned coffee shop and wine bar serving specialty coffee, tea, pastries, and light bites like sandwiches—a cozy place to recharge before heading back out. Say Coffee & Table (66 Isabella St. Unit 4) offers quality coffee and matcha with fresh pastries and light bites.

For something sweet, Cho-Kwok-Lat (79 Wellesley St. E) serves artisan chocolates, gelato, pastries and desserts. Whiskful Thinking Bakery (72 Wellesley St. E) has croissants, cookies, and cupcakes for a quick pick-me-up between events.

If you want to sit down, Sambucas On Church (489 Church St.) has been a Village staple for years, serving pizza, pasta, burgers and sandwiches. O'Grady's Restaurant On Church (518 Church St.) is known for its spacious patio and classic pub menu—brunch, burgers or cold drinks. The Churchmouse: A Firkin Pub (475 Church St.) offers comfort food like wings, burgers, fish and chips, and nachos.

All are within walking distance of the Pride Street Fair, which runs through Monday morning, and the Pride Parade on Sunday.
