For the next two weeks, dbar—the polished ground-floor bar at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto—is offering one of the city's most extravagant cocktail experiences: The Final Cut XO Sazerac, priced at $1,000 per pour.

Available September 8 to 20 to coincide with TIFF, the drink is equal parts beverage and experience. Assistant Manager Holly Forgrave crafted it using Rémy Martin XO Cognac (around $250 a bottle) and 16-year-old Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch Whisky (around $175), finished tableside with Absinthe, Peychaud's bitters, lemon oil, and sugar in true Sazerac fashion.

But the experience doesn't end with the last sip. The $1,000 price includes a complimentary ride in the hotel's Rolls-Royce to any destination within a 2-kilometre radius—ideal for carrying the night forward after your premium pour.

Typically, dbar's cocktails hover around the $30 mark, making this a decidedly niche offering. The Final Cut XO Sazerac is available once per night from 4 p.m. onward, by walk-in only. No reservation necessary, but your bank account should probably have one.
