Toronto's That Good marketing agency hosted Mastering Me 3.0: Period on Saturday, the third installment in its signature women's health event series designed to help attendees understand their bodies through evidence-based education.

The lunchtime event at Transmission Studios brought together healthcare practitioners, wellness experts, and women from across the GTA. It opened with a grounding breath work session led by athletic performance coach Jessica Sturrup, creating space for attendees to "slow down, connect, and prepare for a day of learning and conversation."

The keynote discussion, moderated by That Good CEO and founder Catriona Smart, featured OB-GYN Dr. Natalie Crawford, a double board-certified reproductive endocrinologist, alongside naturopathic doctor Steffe D'Ornellas and Miranda Popen, founder of The Period Lab. Discussions covered period cycle literacy, fertility awareness, hormone health, and reproductive health through an evidence-based lens.

"This year's event explored one of the most universal yet often misunderstood aspects of women's health: the menstrual cycle," That Good said in a statement. "It created a space for honest conversations, practical education, and meaningful connection."

The Mastering Me series will return in the fall with a fourth installment focusing on fertility.
