Third suspect arrested in North York apartment building death

Toronto police have arrested a third suspect in connection with the death of Erik Safar, a 32-year-old man killed at a North York apartment building on Agate Road near Keele Street and Wilson Avenue.
Officers responded just after 6 a.m. on June 14 to reports of a group fighting. Safar was pronounced dead at the scene after being struck by a vehicle. An eyewitness described the scene as "gruesome," saying the victim's body "had been crushed."
Dzsenifer Olah, 25, of Toronto turned herself in to police on Sunday and was charged with second-degree murder. Two other suspects, Milan Andras Babos, 18, of Hamilton and Richard Olah, 23, of Toronto, had turned themselves in two days after the incident and were also charged with second-degree murder.
