Canada Post is removing mailboxes and adjusting service in areas around FIFA World Cup event spaces in Toronto, warning of delays from June 11 to July 19.

Postal codes M6K, M6J, and M5V—including neighborhoods near Fort York and Exhibition Place—are most affected. The service will attempt to deliver mail on game days but residents should expect delays. There will be no commercial pickups during this period.

Any mail not delivered will be held at the depot and prioritized for the next day. Four post offices in affected areas may also see delays due to increased traffic and road closures.

Several street letter boxes within event boundaries will be removed until July 22. Canada Post is advising customers to check its website for updates on service interruptions.
