Milton gymnast wins gold at nationals, finishes 6th individually

Amelia Charr, a 16-year-old from Milton, just returned from Oshawa where she competed for Ontario at the Canadian National Gymnastics Championships, winning team gold and finishing 6th in the individual competition.

Charr is known for her work ethic and determination and serves as a leader at Milton Springers Gymnastics Club, where she helps train younger gymnasts.

Her performance at nationals caps a strong spring for the athlete and underscores the depth of competitive gymnastics in the GTA's suburbs.
