Highway 99 southbound had a stalled vehicle at Lions Gate early this morning — check current conditions before you head that way, just in case. Nothing major, but worth a quick look.

Canada's men's soccer team made history with a 6-0 World Cup win, so if you're into the game, there's definitely fever in the air. If you're keen on live football today, there's International Football House matches at Good Co. on Granville starting at 10 AM — good spot to catch the energy.

Food-wise, Chupito's brought back that iconic yellow shipping container to Mount Pleasant if you're craving tacos and good vibes. If you're feeling something different, Pony Room in Chinatown is doing intimate queer dining — worth a look if you want somewhere with real character. Chinatown's had some good moves lately.
