Bit of a wild story coming out of Whistler this week—two men got convicted of first-degree murder in a fatal shooting. Heavy stuff, but worth knowing what's happening around the province. Closer to home, North Shore bears are getting pushy this season as they fatten up before hibernation, so if you're hiking or out in those neighbourhoods, keep your eyes open.
