A new 18-hole mini-golf course opens at Stanley Park on Canada Day, July 1, at 10 a.m., promising an immersive, playful experience designed to feel like stepping through a hidden door into another world.

The Stanley Park Mini Golf Experience will be located at 690 Pipeline Road, at the site of the Stanley Park Train. Designed by Studio Meanwhile, the course features an "artful take on geometric patterns with a playful spirit." The first nine holes are beginner-friendly, while the remaining nine offer challenging "world-warping holes" with names like Mushroom Patch, Escher's Pass, Gravity Well, and Chronal Abyss.

"We wanted to build something that feels like you've stepped through a hidden door in the middle of Stanley Park to a new experience that blends forest bathing and a unique mini golf adventure," says Chris Charest, principal at Studio Meanwhile. "Every hole has its own story and design, and our hope is that people leave with a few good photos and an excuse to come back and play all 18 again."

The course opens daily and will run through the fall with varying hours: Sunday to Wednesday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Pricing ranges from $16–$18 plus tax for nine holes and $23–$25 plus tax for 18 holes (children 3–12 and adults 13+, respectively), with a Family Package (two adults and two children, or one adult and three children) available for $90 plus tax. Children under three play free.

The venue will host two recurring events: DJ Pablo Vinyl Nights Thursday through Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m., and Wonderland Weekends on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
