Vancouver Fetish Weekend (VFW) is returning July 23–27, bringing together over 1,000 fetish enthusiasts, performers, artists, and designers from around the world to celebrate creativity, consent, and uninhibited self-expression.

The weekend kicks off Thursday, July 23, with a free Kinky Cocktails Meet & Greet at Pumpjack (1167 Davie St) — no dress code, casual wear welcome, though many guests go all out. Friday, July 24, opens with the Black & White Opening Night Fetish Ball at the Hollywood Theatre (3123 West Broadway). Theme is optional — wear black and white or whatever style strikes you.

Saturday, July 25, splits into day and night. A free Fetish Walk departs from the Holiday Inn (1110 Howe St) at 2 p.m. and ends at Junction Pub (1138 Davie) at 3:30 p.m., bringing the community into the city's streets. That night, the 12-Year Anniversary Fetish Ball takes over THE KEY at Plaza of Nations (750 Pacific Blvd) — the main event, with dazzling performances, fetish fashion, and over-the-top energy.

Sunday, July 25 (night through 26), features the World-Famous VIP Fetish Cruise aboard the Magic Spirit Yacht (1601 Bayshore Dr.) — a sultry sea adventure. Sunday evening caps the weekend with the XXX Grand Finale Bondage Ball at the Penthouse, featuring DJs, BDSM stage shows, drag performances, and everything in between.

Monday, July 27, winds down with Wreck Beach Decompression Day — a chill, non-kink beach hang to recharge with newfound friends.

The event centres three golden rules: consent is everything (personal space by invitation only); be kind, not judgmental; and respect others' boundaries. VFW bills itself as a playful, sex-positive, inclusive space where people of all identities can connect and celebrate freely.

Tickets for all events, including full weekend and single-day passes, are on sale now.
