Vancouver rents continue dropping despite remaining highest in Canada
One-bedroom median rent falls 6% year-over-year to $2,370 in April
While overall costs continue rising, Vancouver's rental market offers some relief with declining prices. In April, the median rent for a one-bedroom apartment fell by six per cent year-over-year, dropping from $2,520 to $2,370. The median two-bedroom price also fell by 3.5 per cent year-over-year. Despite this decline, Vancouver rents remain the highest among Canada's 23 most populous metro areas.
