Tripadvisor has released its 2026 Travelers' Choice Awards for Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Canada, honouring 17 establishments chosen by the platform's community of reviewers over the past 12 months.
The list is dominated by B.C. and Ontario. Seasons in the Park in Vancouver—known for West Coast cuisine and its perch at the peak of Queen Elizabeth Park—ranked first. Massimo's Italian Fallsview Restaurant in Niagara Falls took second place, celebrated for its views, fresh pasta and veal under the direction of celebrity chef Massimo Capra, who has appeared on Food Network shows including Restaurant Makeover, Chopped: Canada and Top Chef Canada. Third went to AG Inspired Cuisine, also in Niagara Falls, a romantic dinner destination with a seasonally inspired menu.
The full list also includes Black+Blue Vancouver, Bacchus Restaurant and Lounge in Vancouver, Five Sails by Alex Kim in Vancouver, Pluvio Restaurant in Ucluelet, B.C., Marilena Cafe and Raw Bar in Victoria, La Regina and Noble Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake, 1 Elgin in Ottawa, Black+Blue Toronto, Restaurant Ophelia in Quebec City and Rimrock Cafe in Whistler.
Tripadvisor says the Travelers' Choice Awards celebrate excellence by recognizing restaurants that receive a high volume of above-and-beyond reviews and opinions from its community.
