Foothills rodeo competitors battle through Pool B at Calgary Stampede
Okotoks bull rider Jordan Hansen, steer wrestler Harley Cole, and Longview roper Bradi Whiteside competed July 6-8, with the top finishers heading to Sunday's championship.

Several Foothills athletes are competing at the Calgary Stampede Rodeo, where a total of 210 competitors are vying to secure spots in the finals. Okotoks bull rider Jordan Hansen, Okotoks steer wrestler Harley Cole, and Longview breakaway roper Bradi Whiteside competed in Pool B from July 6-8. Pool C begins July 9 for three days. Once all pool rounds finish, the top competitors from each pool will face off in the rodeo finale on Sunday, July 12.
