Okotoks Art Gallery opens summer exhibits: Members Show and Sale, interactive Colour Your World

The Okotoks Art Gallery has switched out its gallery spaces for the summer, bringing back a couple of favourites and inviting visitors to try their hand at creating art.
The large gallery features the annual Members Show and Sale, which showcases original art pieces from gallery members in all different sizes, shapes, and mediums. All pieces are available for purchase to support local artists.
The small gallery is taken over by the 'Colour Your World' exhibit, which features a number of large, interactive wall prints that visitors can colour as they see fit. The hands-on experience is designed to get people thinking creatively.
Both exhibits run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday, until September 2. Admission and gallery entry are free. For more information, visit the Town of Okotoks website.
