Jason Glass posts fastest time for second straight night at Stampede chuckwagon races
The High River driver recorded 1:11.14 on Wednesday to remain fourth overall at the halfway mark of the Rangeland Derby.

Jason Glass posted the fastest time for the second night in a row at the Calgary Stampede Rangeland Derby on Wednesday, recording a time of 1:11.14 to remain in fourth place in the overall standings at the halfway mark.
The two-time Rangeland Derby champion, who posted the fastest time of this year's competition on Tuesday night, is less than two seconds out of third place after six nights of racing. Glass has had to battle back after a penalty-filled run on opening night left him 26th out of 27 drivers, but he's recorded top three finishes on four of the past five nights to climb back into contention.
Foothills driver Dayton Sutherland had a strong run on Wednesday, finishing fourth with a time of 1:12.01 to move to 11th in the aggregate. Blackie driver Jordie Fike sits in 10th place overall after six nights of racing.
Jamie Laboucane, Chanse Vigen, and Rae Croteau Jr. continue to make up the top three. The chuckwagons race nightly at 7:15 p.m. and the finals are on July 12.
