Police seek two suspects in May convenience store assault
A clerk was stabbed during a May 21 robbery at a store near 157 Street and Stony Plain Road.
Edmonton police are looking for a man and woman involved in a robbery and assault at a convenience store on May 21.
Around noon that day, officers responded to a report at a store near 157 Street and Stony Plain Road. The two suspects allegedly entered the store and began shoplifting before the clerk confronted them.
A struggle broke out between the man and the clerk. The clerk was stabbed and taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Surveillance footage shows the man wearing a black T-shirt with white graphics, black track pants, black boots, and carrying a black backpack. The woman was wearing maroon-colored pants and jacket, black boots, and carrying a black bag.
