Isabella's Donuts is marking Bruno Mars' five-show run at Rogers Stadium with a limited-edition Halo Halo donut that celebrates his Filipino heritage.

Halo Halo — meaning "mix-mix" in Tagalog — is a classic Filipino dessert made from a colourful assortment of sweet ingredients. Isabella's baked version features traditional components: ube, sago, and nata de coco. The donut will only be available while Mars is in the city.

The activation reflects how Toronto's food scene responds to major cultural moments. Local fans are already raving about the creation on social media, treating it as both a tribute to Mars and a gateway to Filipino flavours. The donut pairs casual pastry culture with cultural recognition — a reminder that the city's bakeries are paying attention to who's in town and what their stories mean.

You can grab one at Isabella's while Mars is playing the stadium.
