Roots brings six iconic Canadian food destinations to The Well through July 31

Until July 31, Roots is hosting the Route 73 pop-up at The Well on Wellington Street West, celebrating six legendary Canadian food stops that define summer road trips across the country.
The experience features St-Viateur Bagel and La Banquise from Montreal, Vancouver's Duffin's Donuts, PEI's COWS, and Ontario icons The Big Apple and Webers Hamburgers. Each destination has inspired its own lineup of apparel and accessories, designed in collaboration with Toronto-born artist Moya Garrison-Msingwana (also known as GANGBOX).
The collection includes crewnecks and t-shirts made in Canada from 100% organic cotton, alongside matching caps and totes. Select merchandise from each partner destination is also available at the pop-up while supplies last.
The Route 73 pop-up runs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, then 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31 at The Well, located at 437 Wellington Street West. Admission is free.
