Tim Hortons brought back the Crispy Chicken Sandwich on Thursday for a limited-time run across Canada.
The sandwich, which debuted over a decade ago in 2014, features a crispy, 100 per cent seasoned chicken breast patty layered with tomato, lettuce and mayo on a soft potato bun. It's available for lunch and dinner at participating locations.
Alongside the sandwich return, Tim Hortons introduced new Poppin' Frozen Quenchers — icy, creamy drinks topped with popping candies that "crackle and pop" with every sip. The candy is blended throughout and piled on top for texture contrast. The drinks come in five fruit flavours.
"Summer at Tims has always been about sharing special moments with friends and family," said Matthew Feaver, head of innovation for Tim Hortons, "whether it's stopping for food and treats on road trips, enjoying Iced Capps on a walk with a friend, or hanging out with cold drinks and Timbits at the beach or park."
The Crispy Chicken Sandwich is the latest fan favourite to make a comeback. Tim Hortons faced a petition campaign after removing its grilled cheese sandwich from the menu in 2024, leading to its return.
New summer deals are also running: two medium original Iced Capps for $6 on Mondays, and a medium Iced Latte or flavoured Cold Brew for $3 during $3 Happy Hour from 2 to 8 p.m. daily.
