Man charged after pickup truck strikes 3 pedestrians in Forest Hill
A 2-year-old boy and 32-year-old man suffered serious injuries Wednesday when a pickup truck left the roadway on Bathurst Street.

A 48-year-old man faces charges of careless driving causing bodily harm or death after a collision in Forest Hill on Wednesday afternoon.
Police say the driver was heading south on Bathurst Street, north of Avenal Drive, when the pickup truck left the roadway, struck a telephone pole, and hit three pedestrians on the sidewalk.
A 2-year-old boy and a 32-year-old man were taken to hospital with serious injuries. A 30-year-old woman was also struck but did not require medical attention.
The alleged driver remained at the scene and was transported to hospital with minor injuries. Toronto police's traffic services unit is investigating and asking anyone with footage of the incident to contact them.
