Rwandan genocide suspect Kabuga dies in custody at 91

Félicien Kabuga, 91, a Rwandan suspect charged in connection with the 1994 genocide, died Saturday in a hospital while in custody in The Hague, according to a UN court announcement. Kabuga had been declared unfit to continue standing trial three years ago.
