Toronto is bracing for unsettled weather on Tuesday, June 16, with a mix of sun and cloud giving way to afternoon showers and thunderstorms.
Environment Canada is forecasting a high of 24°C, feeling closer to 26°C with humidity. South winds will strengthen throughout the day, reaching 30 km/h with gusts up to 50 km/h. There's a 40 percent chance of afternoon showers and a continued risk of thunderstorms overnight as temperatures drop to around 15°C.
Showers are expected to become more widespread late Tuesday night. The wet pattern will linger through Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with daytime highs staying in the low-to-mid 20s. Saturday currently looks to be the pick of the week, with sunshine and a high near 24°C.
