Two mental health workers accused of assaulting child

Two mental health counsellors have been arrested after allegedly using excessive force on a child at Mountainview Centre for Innovative Learning in Welland. Police began investigating last month into the alleged assault. The school employs specialized staff to provide mental health and learning support for children with various challenges.
