Läderach, a 64-year-old Swiss chocolate shop renowned across Europe, is bringing its flagship experience to Vancouver this fall.
The chocolatier will open inside CF Pacific Centre at 701 W. Georgia St., across from Bath and Body Works. The shop is famous for its FreshShoggi counter, where customers select from multiple artisanal slabs of fresh chocolate and have trained chocolatiers break off pieces sold by weight. The shop also carries single-origin tablet bars, chocolate popcorn, seasonal assortments, and rotating new creations, all crafted in Switzerland.
This marks Läderach's first location in Vancouver proper, following the opening of its first Metro Vancouver store in Richmond. An exact opening date has not been announced, but signage indicates the location should open sometime this fall.
