Springtime is flying by—here are 20 events happening across Vancouver and the region June 1 through 7. Whether you're into live music, sports, street celebrations, or festivals, there's something for everyone.
Car Free Day Surrey returns Saturday, June 6, along 137th Street (between 72A and 74th Avenues) from noon to 8 p.m. The fifth annual celebration, hosted by the Newton Business Improvement Association, features live entertainment, family-friendly activities, food vendors, live dance performances, concerts, and DJs. Admission is free.
Mumford & Sons kick off their North American tour Tuesday, June 2, at Rogers Arena (800 Griffiths Way). The two-time Grammy winners are performing at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale online.
Science World is hosting an official FIFA Museum exhibition through September 7, showcasing soccer technology and culture across five interactive zones: Broadcasting and Media, Intelligent Data, Refereeing and Fair Play, Staging the Game, and the Innovation Lab. Admission requires Science World entry fees.
Canada House by Coca-Cola at the Shark Club (180 W. Georgia St.) is showing every World Cup 2026 match on big screens daily until July 17, with a stadium-like atmosphere, prizes, and giveaways. Games run morning to night based on schedule; free admission with online reservations.
Suntail Drink Co. celebrates its one-year anniversary Sunday, June 7, at The Parlour in Yaletown (1011 Hamilton St.) from 2–6 p.m. The free event (first-come, first-served) features giveaways, drink specials, and the launch of Soleada, a tropical mango margarita.
