Two B.C. men charged in U.S. human-smuggling scheme
Vancouver and Burnaby residents face charges for allegedly smuggling Vietnamese citizens
Van Phuong Vu, 28, of Vancouver, and Johnny Huynh, 36, of Burnaby, appeared in U.S. District Court in Tacoma, Washington, on charges related to a scheme to allegedly smuggle Vietnamese citizens from Canada into the United States through a small airport.
