The Richmond Photo Club is holding its 10th annual Ann Reimer Memorial Exhibit at the Upper Rotunda of the Richmond Cultural Centre through the end of July.

This year, 20 participants contributed 27 photos to the exhibit. The photos show a variety of nature, portrait, and artistic work captured with digital cameras, film cameras, and iPhones. Club president Julian Rosental explained that the club asks members to contribute to the annual show.

The Richmond Photo Club has 42 members of all different skill levels who meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. A judge will give evaluations of the photos at the Cultural Centre Annex. "We're learning, we're exchanging opinions on our photographs," Rosental said. Members also meet for a "coffee room" on Zoom to "chit chat" about photos and photography.

The Upper Rotunda is one of several venues in Richmond where community groups display their work. Other places include the Annex Gallery, City Hall Galleria, City Centre, Thompson and South Arm community centres, and the Gateway Theatre, which has spaces on its first and second floors for art exhibits.
