Aritzia hiring 1,500+ seasonal staff for warehouse sale

Aritzia is recruiting more than 1,500 seasonal associates for its annual warehouse sale, with a hiring event at the Vancouver Convention Centre from Wednesday, June 24, to Friday, June 26.
Positions include cashiers, wrappers, team leads, and general associates. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $24 per hour depending on the role. The only requirements are "a CV and a love of beautiful clothes," according to the brand.
"This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of this annual event," Aritzia told interested applicants. "Joining our team also presents opportunities for a future position and career at Aritzia. All are welcome, and previous retail experience isn't necessary."
The hiring event runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Vancouver Convention Centre's East Building. Interested candidates can apply online.
Aritzia hasn't yet announced the sale's start date, but shoppers typically line up early — in previous years, queues stretched roughly one kilometre down the Coal Harbour Seawall. The Vancouver-founded fashion brand, which operates over 100 boutiques across North America, is known for brands worn by celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Hailey Bieber. The warehouse sale traditionally offers significant discounts.
