YVR adds $6.50 airport fee to some eastbound transit trips

TransLink is charging an additional $6.50 for some riders traveling eastbound from YVR Airport, Sea Island Centre, and Templeton stations to Bridgeport and beyond.
The YVR Airport AddFare applies to single-use tickets, DayPasses, Compass Card Stored Value trips, and contactless payments including debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. The fee is automatically deducted from contactless cards or Compass Card balances.
