Feast on Fourth, Calgary's annual budget-friendly food festival, returns to 4th Street SW from Wednesday, September 23, through Sunday, September 27, with participating restaurants, cafes, and local retailers offering deals throughout the five-day run.
Every participating venue is serving signature dishes for exactly $10. The lineup spans cuisines and price points: Abbey's Creations offers a tasting flight; Blowers & Grafton features lobster corn fritters; La Boulangerie pairs a regular drip coffee with a ham and cheese croissant; Vin Room presents braised beef brisket or a 4-ounce Los Bocheros Cabernet Sauvignon; Urban Butcher serves a small box with pepperoni, air-dried bison, smoked duck breast, and crackers. Unicorn on 4 brings a maple fig burger; Peasant Cheese offers a pressed sandwich on pizza bianca; Uncle Fatih's Pizza includes one slice, six meatballs, and a canned drink.
Also participating: Aida's Bistro (kafta in pita), Bodega by Sabor (salt cod fritters, piquillo pepper, lamb pinchos), Joyce on 4th (pork belly and chorizo sausage roll or pork drumettes), Paris Baguette (any small drink and any pastry), Radjoot (veg hakka noodles), and Yann Haute Pâtisserie (mini mountain). Seoul Fried Chicken and Saigon Maxim will reveal their offerings during the festival.
