Victim of Capitol Hill fatal assault identified as 23-year-old Dale Weasel Head

The victim of a fatal assault in Calgary's Capitol Hill area on Thursday, July 2, has been identified, Calgary police say.
Officers were called to the 1300 block of 20 Avenue NW just before 5 p.m. on reports of a weapon assault. When they arrived, a man was found suffering from a life-threatening condition and died later in hospital.
An autopsy Friday revealed the man to be 23-year-old Dale Weasel Head. One person taken in by police has since been released. The investigation remains ongoing.
