A Calgary landlord faces one count of break and enter and five counts of voyeurism after multiple tenants discovered small cameras hidden in bathrooms and bedrooms.

The first camera was found in June attached to a bathroom surge protector and another in a bedroom smoke detector. When notified, other tenants discovered similar devices in their rooms, prompting police to investigate a second property in the city believed to involve the same suspect.

Investigators say Sooryong Park, who may also use the alias Nick Park, owns or operates rental properties in Toronto and Vancouver. They believe he specifically targeted Korean women as tenants.

Calgary police continue investigating and are asking anyone with information about this or similar incidents to contact them.
