Calgary police are searching for 11-year-old Parker, missing since between 11:08 and 11:41 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, in northwest Calgary. The boy was last seen at his day home in the 0 to 100 block of Connaught Drive N.W., wearing only grey shorts, black Skechers shoes, and black noise-cancelling headphones. He is 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighs approximately 90 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes, and suffers from a medical condition.

Clothing believed to belong to Parker was found around noon Thursday in the 0 to 100 block of Northmount Drive N.W. Police have expanded their search area to include Thorncliffe, North Haven, North Haven Upper, Highwood, Highland Park, Greenview, Greenview Industrial Park, Nose Hill Park, and surrounding communities.

Police are asking northwest Calgary residents to thoroughly check their properties, including garages, backyards, sheds, under decks, and other places where a child may seek shelter or hide. Anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage of Parker is urged to submit it to the police evidence portal at cps.ca.evidence.com. Search teams — including an air support unit, mounted patrol team, mountain bike unit, canine unit, and ground search teams — will be visible in the area throughout Friday.

If you see Parker, do not approach him. Keep your distance and contact Calgary police immediately at 403-266-1234. Police say there is no indication of foul play, but the case does not meet the threshold for an Amber Alert. The Missing Children's Society of Canada is issuing an alert to help locate him.
