Calgary Police have released a composite sketch of a suspect wanted in connection with three sexual assaults in Fish Creek Park near the community of Queensland.

All three incidents occurred between April 20 and May 23. Two assaults happened on April 20 — one around 5 p.m. and another at 5:30 p.m. — with a third reported on May 23.

The suspect is described as approximately six feet tall in his late teens or early 20s with shaggy blonde hair. In the April incidents, he wore black pants, a red sweatshirt with the hood up, and a white backpack with colourful spots. He was riding an e-scooter and playing music from a speaker. In the May incident, he wore a black hoodie with a zipper and blue jeans, and was riding either an e-scooter or a black BMX bike.

In all three cases, the suspect engaged in non-consensual touching over the victims' clothes. Police noted the suspect was observing one victim near the on-site bathrooms before the assault occurred.

Police Chief Katie McLellan called the investigation a priority. "It is a big concern," she said in May, adding that officers are "moving forward with intelligence and evidence."

Anyone with information about the assaults or the suspect's identity is asked to call Calgary Police at 403-266-1234. Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, on their website, or through the P3 app.
