A 20-year-old male died after falling from a stolen forklift and being struck by the machine near 140 Avenue and 134 Street around 12:05 a.m. on August 29.
Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public's help identifying three males involved in the incident. An unidentified male was operating the stolen forklift, with two other males riding on it. When the 20-year-old fell off, he was struck by the forklift and sustained fatal injuries. The other two occupants fled the scene on foot.
The Major Collision Investigations Section is handling the case (file TR26037). Anyone who witnessed the collision or has video footage is asked to contact Edmonton Police at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.
