Four teens arrested after attempted jewellery store robbery in Ahunstic-Cartierville
Police intercepted a getaway vehicle after suspects used an SUV to smash through a storefront on Fleury Street early Monday. All four males, aged 13 to 18, were taken into custody.

Montreal police arrested four male teenagers between the ages of 13 and 18 in connection with an attempted jewellery store robbery in Ahunstic-Cartierville early Monday morning. Police received multiple 911 calls at 1:45 a.m. reporting a break-in at a store on Fleury Street near Curotte Avenue.
According to initial reports, several suspects used a sport utility vehicle to smash through the storefront before attempting to steal jewellery from inside the store. The attempt was unsuccessful. The suspects then abandoned the SUV inside the store and fled in a getaway vehicle.
Officers who arrived at the scene intercepted a vehicle matching the description provided by witnesses and arrested all four teenagers. They were taken to a detention centre and will be interviewed by investigators.
