A 20-year-old driver faces multiple charges after police clocked their vehicle travelling 135 km/h in a 60 km/h zone on Trim Road in east Ottawa.
Ottawa Police Service officers conducting proactive speed enforcement in the area stopped the vehicle. Beyond stunt driving, the driver was charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failing to apply for a permit upon becoming an owner, and having a plate not plainly visible.
