A series of planned transit and road closures will reshape how Torontonians move around the city this weekend, coinciding with major events and critical infrastructure upgrades across the region.

On Saturday and Sunday, TTC service on Line 2 between Jane and Ossington stations will be replaced by shuttle buses. The TTC crew worked overnight to install a new track switch at Keele station and will continue critical maintenance work. Runnymede, High Park, Lansdowne, and Dufferin stations will be closed, as will the Indian Grove entrance at Keele. Regular subway service resumes Monday.

Road closures are also in effect. Sunday from 2 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Don Valley Parkway will be closed from the Gardiner Expressway to York Mills Road, and the Gardiner Expressway will be closed from South Kingsway to the DVP for the Bike for Brain Health event. Road closures will also surround the Aga Khan museum at 77 Wynford Drive.

GO Transit is also modified: Lakeshore West service between Aldershot and Mimico will use replacement buses; the Barrie line will also run buses instead of trains. UP Express will run every 30 minutes both days.

Concertgoers heading to Bruno Mars at Rogers Stadium or other downtown venues should note the TTC is increasing service to Downsview Park and offering free rides home to ticket holders at select stations.
