Brazil's World Cup watch parties set for downtown Vancouver next month
Brazilian Fan Fest fills The Pearl with 800 fans, DJs, and live entertainment for three group-stage games.
The Pearl in downtown Vancouver is hosting Brazilian Fan Fest for the 2026 FIFA Men's World Cup, with watch parties planned for each of Brazil's three group-stage games in June.
The events are far more than passive viewing. Each watch party runs from afternoon into the early morning—starting at 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. depending on kickoff time—and will feature live screenings, pre-game music, crowd chants, DJ and host engagement, halftime activations, giveaways, photo and video moments, and post-game celebrations with Brazilian DJs, samba, live entertainment, dancing, food, and drinks.
Organizers are hoping to fill The Pearl with 800 fans wearing yellow and green for the games on June 13 (2 p.m. to 2 a.m.), June 19 (4:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.), and June 24 (2 p.m. to 2 a.m.). "Brazilian Fan Fest will create a vibrant home base for Brazil supporters, soccer fans, and multicultural audiences to gather, watch the games live, and celebrate every moment together," reads the event release.
While Brazil typically advances beyond the group stage, no additional watch party dates have been announced yet. That's a hint to secure your spot during these three—the atmosphere will be electric, the energy infectious, and the city's Brazilian community out in full force.
Tickets are $25 plus service fee. The venue is The Pearl, 881 Granville St.
