If tickets to the Canada–Qatar World Cup match on June 18 are out of reach, the Visa FIFA World Cup Watch Party at the Commodore Ballroom is designed to be the next best thing—with premium food, elevated gifts, and interactive activations built for maximum match-day energy.

The event kicks off at 1 p.m., with the match starting at 3 p.m. Access is limited to Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders, who can purchase tickets online. Adult tickets are $85; youth $40. Purchased tickets include premium food and drinks.

The party is built for families and groups. Live match coverage streams across the venue, with interactive activations, entertainment, and surprises throughout the day. Soccer-themed activities cater to kids 8 and up, making it a genuine family experience rather than a bare-bones projection on a screen.

"This watch party is just the place to cheer on Canada's first tournament match in B.C.," organizers say. The afternoon match marks Canada's second game in the tournament, so the stakes—and celebration energy—will be high. Doors open early to build anticipation.

The Commodore Ballroom's intimate venue space means you'll feel the crowd's reaction in real time. Organizers stress that tickets are limited and moving quickly.
