Three charged with 3D-printed firearm offences following Surrey police raid

Three individuals have been charged with firearm and drug offences following a Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia search warrant executed in Surrey in September 2025.
During the search, officers discovered a 3D printer actively printing a firearm, along with 3D-printed Glock firearm parts including receivers, grips, and magazines. Police also seized rail kits, ammunition, firearm barrels, a GPS tracker, a loaded 3D-printed firearm, methamphetamine, MDMA, and a cutting agent.
On July 6, the BC Prosecution Service approved charges against Scott William Telford, Bryce Scott Telford, and Candice Ashley Somerville, all charged with possession of a firearm without the required licence or registration. Bryce Scott Telford and Somerville face additional charges of possession of a firearm with readily accessible ammunition, unauthorized manufacturing of a firearm, possession of computer data for manufacturing or trafficking a firearm, illegal possession of a firearm for transfer purposes, and possession of MDMA and methamphetamine for trafficking. Bryce Scott Telford is also charged with possessing a firearm while prohibited from doing so.
Both Telfords remain in custody. An arrest warrant has been issued for Somerville.
