At Thursday's Canada vs. Qatar match at BC Place, 52,497 fans naturally made their way to concession stands for beverages. Here's what they found:

For non-alcoholic options, bottled water costs $5.75. Non-alcoholic beer runs $10.75.

Alcoholic beverages range by type and size. A 473 millilitre can of domestic beer costs $16.25; premium cans are $16.25 to $17.25. Draught domestic runs $20 for a 591 ml pour and $22.50 for 710 ml. Premium draught costs $20 to $23 for 591 ml and $22.50 to $26 for 710 ml. Craft draught is $23 for 591 ml and $26 for 710 ml.

Wine is available at $9.75 for a 150 ml pour. Canned cocktails and seltzers cost $12.75 to $13.50 for 355 ml.

Fans also queued for merchandise. Canada short-sleeve jerseys cost $160; long-sleeve versions are $225. T-shirts run $49 to $52. Scarves are $63. Hats sell for $66 and $69. Qatar jerseys are priced at $160 and $130, with scarves at $63. Stuffed animals cost $45; clip-on plushies are $30.
