Whistler's Wild Blue will host its fourth annual Long Table Dinner Series on August 16, bringing together three acclaimed establishments in a single evening of food, cocktails, and wine.

The dinner at The Range at Whistler Golf Club will pair Wild Blue with The Keefer Bar and Mission Hill Family Estate. All three are 50 Best honorees: Wild Blue earned a spot on North America's 50 Best Restaurants this year at number 47; Keefer Bar was named Canada's Best Bar for 2026 and currently sits at seventh on North America's 50 Best Bars list; Mission Hill became the first Canadian winery to earn a place on the World's 50 Best Vineyards list in 2025, debuting at number 45.

Under the culinary direction of chef Alex Chen and executive chef Derek Bendig, guests will gather around a communal table for a family-style multi-course dinner showcasing seasonal ingredients from across British Columbia. The evening begins with a reception featuring cocktails inspired by The Keefer Bar, Perrier-Jouët Champagne, and canapés before moving into wine pairings from Mission Hill throughout dinner.

Tickets are priced at $259 and up, available through the restaurant. A portion of proceeds from the Long Table Dinner Series will support the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation.
